Don’t give up on the Vision
God plants aspirations and visions within us concerning our lives and identities. At times, we may overlook or settle for less due to life's obstacles, but that's where we miss it. God urges us to write down our visions clearly, understanding that they have their own timing. Even if there's a delay, we should wait patiently, as they will surely come to fruition (Habakkuk 2:2-3).
God’s plans for us go far beyond what we could ever imagine. So, even if our current situation doesn't reflect the vision we have, there's no need to worry. Stay committed to that vision, have faith, trust, and patiently wait for God's promises to unfold, because you won’t be disappointed.
Many times, the visions or dreams won't make sense to others, and that's okay. We might not always find the support we seek, and there will be moments when we feel like the only ones believing in ourselves. It's going to hurt, but remember, if God is all we've got, then we've got everything we need. He'll bring the right people into our lives and set the right circumstances in motion to guide us towards our destiny.
Don't stress over how it’s going to happen; that's in God's hands. Simply believe that it will happen. Begin embodying the person you want to be. Fill your mind with positive thoughts, Remembering that "As a man thinks, so is he." The only limits are the ones you set in your mind. Gradually, everything will come together. God wants to show out in your life all you need to do is take the limits off.
The woman afflicted with hemorrhage for 12 years, the two blind men seeking Jesus, and even the centurion with the paralyzed servant shared a common trait: unwavering faith. (Matthew 8:5-13) (Matthew 9: 20-22) (Matthew 9:27-31)
Jesus consistently affirmed, “It will be done for you as you have believed” and “According to your faith, let it be done to you.”
Undoubtedly, people may have deemed the woman with hemorrhage as irrational for thinking a mere touch of Jesus’ robe could heal her ailment of 12 years. They clearly thought she was delulu or irrational but that’s what faith is about. In the end, she received what she needed. I emphasize nurturing your relationship with God because understanding comes through that connection.
Don’t spend the rest of your life trying to fulfill someone else’s dream or trying to be like someone else just because you want to fit in. The people who genuinely make an impact are those who don't mind being different or standing out. Remain true to who you are.
Additionally, I’m not sure who needs this, but if you’ve been experiencing feelings of being lost, falling behind, or confusion, I want you to know that you’re not. You are precisely where God wants you to be. During these moments of uncertainty, draw closer to God. He desires to reveal things to you and is equipping you for your incredible future. He’s always speaking to you, but you must quiet your thoughts, listen to the gentle voice within your spirit, and recognize that everything is working for your good and guiding you to your destiny.
